BBMP needs to invest more on processing city’s waste: KCDC Chairman

Unpaid bills due to retirement of the managing director led to stopping of the composting process, leading to unbearable stench at the composting plant at HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Meanwhile the plant continues to accept mixed waste, as the city lacks facilities to dispose of the waste.
