The 4th Edition of the Namma Bengaluru Awards is launched. Over 4 weeks, Bangalore will nominate their heroes; Eminent Jury Panel of 21 members will pick the winners.

Around 400 Bangaloreans were present in the award ceremony including Rajyasabha MP Rajeev Chandrashekhar, actor-director Ramesh Arvind, Ashok Soota, Founder of Happiest Minds, Social Activist Anitha Reddy and poet Siddalingappa.
The inaugural Namma Bengaluru awards has received almost 4000 nominations. The finalists are due to be announced this month-end. Winners will be announced on December 12th.
