A corporate veteran, Anil Misquith transitioned into the Development Sector in 2014. He did a Masters in Development from Azim Premji University recently with special interest in Sustainable Livelihoods and Public Health. Anil spends half his time in Gudalur, Niligiris district with ACCORD, an NGO that works with Adivasi communities. In Bengaluru during the lockdown, he is volunteering for the cause of workers.

Lockdown has been tough for all, but more so for the hidden and forgotten communities around us. We wanted to create awareness about these communities who badly needed support - the people who have been constructing our apartments and houses, helping us with our domestic work and providing us with other essential services.
