Hockey ‘B’ Div: ASC Boys, Jain College in top four

Final leg of the 'B' Division hockey tournament began last week.

The third phase of the  ‘B’ Division hockey tournament organised by Karnataka State Hockey Association (KSHA), kicked off on 24th August. After more than a month of league matches, the tournament is heading to an end. The matches are being played at the hockey stadium in Shanthinagar.

The four teams to qualify for the third phase are – SAI ‘C’, DYSS ‘B’, ASC Boys and Jain College. The  teams will also  be promoted to ‘A’ Division after the tounrmanet concludes.

24 August – SAI ‘C’ Beat DYSS ‘B’ by 7-1
25 August – ASC Boys Beat S.B.M.Jain College by 9-0
26 August -1st Match: SAI ‘C’ Beat S.B.M.Jain College by 2-0
                 2nd Match: ASC Boys Beat DYSS ‘B’ by 1-0
