The festival of arts in its second year saw the bringing together of art collectors, remarkable artists from all over India, galleries, art enthusiasts and general public at one common venue. What better place to have it than at the beautiful UB City; home for fashionistas, art and food lovers from namma Bengaluru?

Kanalan Raja of Ayya Art Galleries, Chennai said, "This art show has given us a chance to display the best from the gallery art. The response has been good and we have had good sales."

The event this year kick started on the 17th June with the unveiling of Yussuf Arakkal’s car installation. This was followed by children’s art contest on the 19th June that saw around 500 children participating. The hallmarks of the show are art workshops, speaker sessions and film screenings with live art, and concluding with an art and luxury auction on the 25th of June. The event will be attended by several well known artists and the proceeds will go to HCG Foundation for treatment of cancer.

Maragathavalli Inbamuthiah, a HR software consultant, visited the exhibits. “The variety of artists showcased was good and of amazing quality. It is nice to seem them all at one venue rather than going to a gallery for a single artist." Her children, Vishwa and Anjali participated in the children’s art contest. She was happy they got an opportunity to see all the wonderful paintings.

Good appreciation from public is a tonic for any artist and I am sure to participate next year too,” said K N Ramachandran standing next to his exquisite paintings.
